REFUND POLICY

1. We offer 45-minute recovery sessions including sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge facilities.

2. Bookings can be made up to the day of service, subject to availability.

1. Due to the short-term nature of our bookings and the limited availability of time slots, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

2. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at our discretion.

3. In the event of unexpected facility closure or service interruption on our part, we will offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

3. Clients use our facilities at their own risk and are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any new wellness activities.
