Booking and Session Agreement

1. By booking a recovery session, you agree to these terms and conditions in full

2. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration

3. Bookings are subject to availability

4. Payment must be made in full at time of booking

1.No refunds will be provided for any cancellations or no-shows

2. No rescheduling is permitted under any circumstances

3. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals

4. Missed sessions are forfeited in full

1. Clients must follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions

2. Proper attire is required at all times

3. Inappropriate behavior or misuse of facilities will not be tolerated

4. Urban Recovery reserves the right to:

* Terminate sessions immediately for misconduct

* Remove individuals from the premises

* Ban individuals from future bookings

* Pursue compensation for any damage to property or facilities

1. Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage to:

* Equipment or facilities

* Property or premises

* Surrounding areas

2. Hostile or aggressive behavior towards staff or other clients will result in immediate removal

3. Management's decision regarding misconduct and bans is final

1. Clients use facilities at their own risk

2. Urban Recovery is not liable for:

* Personal injury due to facility misuse

* Loss or damage to personal property

* Health complications arising from facility use

3. Clients should consult healthcare professionals before using facilities

4. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to use

1. Urban Recovery reserves the right to:

* Modify these terms at any time

* Adjust pricing without notice

* Refuse service to anyone

* Close facilities for maintenance or safety reasons

1. Clients agree to provide accurate personal information

2. Urban Recovery will handle all personal data in accordance with privacy laws

3. Photography or recording is prohibited without management approval

By booking and/or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
